Tracking Numbers and International Orders

We aim to have orders fulfilled, shipped, and delivered in record time. All while keeping you updated every step of the way.  The effort is an ongoing one that we seek to improve continuously in small and large ways.  What's below reflects the current status of all order fulfillment. 

U.S. ORDERS

For orders inside the contiguous U.S.   

If you ordered domestically, you will receive an email with a tracker once the item has shipped. This usually occurs within 2 business days. (Exception is if you made a monogram order which will delay the order receiving a tracker by 4 business days)

For orders outside the contiguous U.S. 

A tracking number will be provided, but due to the order being international shipping, it may take up to an extra 2 business days to ship. For best shipping prices consider ordering from the U.K. or AU site as is appropriate for your location.

U.K. ORDERS

For orders inside the U.K.

In order to receive a tracking number you must purchase the tracker shipping option at check out. Otherwise, the order will not come with a tracking number. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  

For orders outside of the U.K.  

Tracking may not be available for your location. Shipping options are often limited to the local delivery service available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

AU ORDERS

For orders inside the AU 

If you ordered domestically you will receive an email with a tracker once the item has shipped. This usually occurs within 2 business days. 

For orders outside the AU

 Tracking may not be available for your location. Shipping options are often limited to the local delivery service available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. 

AMAZON ORDERS

For Orders made on Amazon: If you ordered from Amazon we do not have access to shipping information, you'll need to contact Amazon Customer Service.


Order Shows Delivered, But I Don't Have It

Carriers sometimes make mistakes, but packages are often easily found. Here are a few things you see about.

1. Check with your Neighbors.

Often its as simple as the package was dropped next door. 

2. Check-in with the Carrier. 

Sometimes the person on the ground may not be able to find your place. This is common with apartments or enclosed neighborhoods. It may be as simple as clarifying the location or scheduling a pick up at your local post.

3. Check where your mail is normally delivered. 

Sometimes carriers like FedEx will pass off the package to local delivery services, so the package may be in your mailbox rather than at your door.

Of course, if you simply cannot find the package, no worries. Contact support@bestself.co and we'll be happy to help you!

Item Missing From My Package

During the fulfillment process, packages can sometimes be split or shipped separately. Such is the case with monogrammed journals, which ship straight from the supplier and so comes separately from other products, even if in the same order.   

From time to time fulfillment may just miss an item in packaging. 

No worries if this happens, just message support@bestself.co and we'll be happy to help you!

My Item Arrived Damaged

Shipping can get bumpy, but don't worry if your package has a damaged item we're happy to help you out with that.

I Want To Cancel An Order

Were sorry to hear you'd like to cancel your order. Unfortunately, we start processing your order as soon as you checkout, so canceling orders is not possible. 

We are happy to provide a refund, less shipping if the items are returned postmarked within 30 days of receipt.

We understand that mistakes happen, but unfortunately, we start processing your order as soon as you checkout, so exchanging items in and out of orders is not possible.

There is a very small window of time where making edits to a name or address may be possible, but this depends on how quickly fulfillment moves which is usually as soon as you checkout.
