BestSelf Return Policy

Physical Products

All returns must meet the following guidelines of the Return Policy to apply.  

NOTE: If you received your product damaged this is would not be considered a return. Please read here for guidelines and instructions on how to resolve this issue. 

Keep and Receive Store Credit:

Did you receive your order and you think it would be a better fit for your friend? Is there something else on the site that caught your eye? We got you! You can keep your order and we will give you a BestSelf Co. Gift Card instead of you returning it. 

  • If you are still within your 30 days of receipt, please email support@bestself.co
  • Let us know you wish to keep your order but would like to have a store credit for your entire order
  • Our amazing support team will email you back with a BestSelf Co. Gift Card that you can use on our site
  • You CANNOT combine Gift Cards and discount codes or subscriptions
  • If the gift card remains unused and you are still within the 30 days of receipt you can still return the order for a refund
  • To use the Gift Card, please put it on the same line where you would input the discount code at the checkout
  • Not eligible for Accountability Club

Return Guidelines:

1. All product returns require the original order number.

  • You can find your order number on the invoice, under the Confirmation Number

2. The invoice form - from the package you received.

4. All returns must ship within 30 days of receipt.  

5. If you are returning to the US fulfillment center, please be sure to email support@bestself.co to receive an RMA number.

6. Write your RMA number visible on the box. If you do not, your order will be returned to sender, and a refund will not be issued.

Returns & Refunds:

  • We do not supply labels for returns.
  • The refund for returns will be refunded, less shipping. 
  • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after arriving at the fulfillment center.

Disclaimers:

Products that are received by BestSelf Co. in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected.

  • Any product not purchased from the BestSelf Co. website. (Amazon or other 3rd Party purchases must be returned where it was purchased.)

Write the Return Authorization Number clearly and visibly on the outside of your returned package. 

US ORDERS: Returns that do not have an RMA written on the outside of the package will not be opened and will be returned to sender.

We charge monthly, quarterly, or even yearly! Get that goal accomplished, and we can help. You can receive a full refund within 7 days of the program starting.
